I am passionate about all things related to professional development and learning within the education sector. My current role as Area Director at Ambition Institute involves supporting school leaders to build knowledge and drive school improvement through the development of their teachers and leaders. I am also a Trustee of a Multi-Academy Trust in Rugby and Chair of the Performance and Standards Committee. My Doctoral research interests focus on Professional Development strategy and the critical role of a strategic professional development planning process.
